Flashcard frustration

The flashcard function does not seem to work over the last few days... Any idea what's going on? Please help.

Also, i think its very hard to get a response out of the thaipod team. Seems like they just set up the website and disappeared - how about some service for a premium member like respond to my email for a start!

If you have the problem that the flash card doesn't get loading, we are working on fixing the issue with our technical team.

Since it has been taking hours to solve the issue, we couldn't get you answer bak right away.

Thanks for your belated email.

My problem is the flashcards are not loading.

I have tried using Firefox version 6 and Internet Explorer version 7.

So far it has taken you 12 days to reply to my email, or 288 hours. Your technical team must not be very good.

I hope you fix the problem soon because I am reporting on your progress with this problem on a couple of other forums.

Hi - yes the problem is still ongoing. I really doubt that the team at Thaipod care at all about the customers who have PAID to use this website. Anyone listening at thaipod team??? How long can it take to fix the problem? The flashcards used to work, so just put it back the way it was. Thaipod team sucks - so useless!!!
