Hi Parisa,

I made an error: I wanted to explain that I thought the word would be spelled เจย, not เฉย. Anyway, neither spelling is correct, and you provided the correct spelling: เจ

Thanks for your help!

In future lessons like this, it will be helpful if the Thai spelling for new terms will be included in the summary.

Hello เดวิด,

Thank you. pad sii-íu ผัดซีอิ้ว Yes, we use เจ "jay" after name of dish to make a dish into a vegetarian dish. 👍 เฉย chooei means "indifferent **feeling about situation, person or else. / to ignore; to pay no attention to". Please let me know if you have any future questions. I will be glad to help.

Have a good day.

I would like to know how to use Thai script to write some of the terms discussed in this recording.

How can pad sii-íu be written in Thai script, and what about the suffix to make a dish into a vegetarian dish? (I think the term was "jay," but it's not written as เฉย.)

Hi,

it would be great to have Thai script in the lesson notes.

But probably, there are other lessons about Thai food with Thai script...
