Every Thai learner has their own unique style of learning that works for them.

This is incorrect. Every requires the singular form his/her. Their and them are plural forms.

Every child is smart. You would not use the plural form and say every child are smart.


Also everyday is an adjective form. As in "it is an everyday occurrence. Every day I go to school should be two words.
