| How much do manners matter in Thailand? Manners are everything! In this lesson, you’re going to learn how to say “Thank you” “I am sorry” and how to give a response in Thai. This is SUPER easy and you’ll learn them all in THREE minutes. |
| So here are the three phrases. |
| ขอบคุณ(khàawp-khun) |
| ขอบคุณครับ/ค่ะ(khàawp-khun khráp/khà) |
| ขอบคุณ(khàawp-khun) “thank you” |
| Next, ขอโทษ(khǎaw-thôot) |
| ขอโทษครับ/ค่ะ(khǎaw-thôot khráp/khà) |
| ขอโทษ(khǎaw-thôot) “excuse me” or “I’m sorry” |
| And next, (mâi-bpen-rai) |
| ไม่เป็นไรครับ/ค่ะ(mâi-bpen-rai khráp/khà) |
| ไม่เป็นไร(mâi-bpen-rai) means “Never mind” “That’s ok” “Don’t worry” “No problem” |
