Thank you very much for your comment. For this question, "rooe" is use when you already have an evidence and information to guess the answer but you not sure. So you want to ask for confirmation. "mai" is use when you not know the answer or don't have an information to guess. Hope this help.

Why are we using rooe here? when do we use rooe as opposed to mai?
