Hello, guys! welcome back, I’m Jay. And today we are doing 9 Phrases that Make You Look Like a Fool. Let's begin!
1. คุณไม่ค่อยฉลาดเลย (khun mâi khâauy chà-làat looei) "You're not very smart."
Cruel words!
2. คุณไม่มีทางจะประสบความสำเร็จ (khun mâi mii thaang jà bprà-sòp khwaam săm-rèt) "You'll never succeed."
Even though they say it, don't be discouraged by these words.
Then you will succeed! That’s what I believe.
3. ฉันถูก คุณผิด (chăn thùuk khun pìt) "I'm right and you're wrong."
Normally I don't say this, but when I get angry I said this.
Anyway, "I'm right and you're wrong!”
ฉันถูก คุณผิด (chăn thùuk khun pìt)
4. ฉันรู้ทุกอย่าง (chăn rúu thúk yàang) "I know everything."
Do you know everything? I don't think anyone know everything.
5. ฉันไม่จำเป็นต้องเรียนรู้อะไรอีกแล้ว (chăn mâi jam bpen dtâawng riian rúu a-rai ìik láaeo) "I don't need to learn anything anymore."
I don't think that they don’t need to learn anything anymore, I think they have to learn a lot, seriously.
6. ฉันไม่ต้องการคำแนะนำจากคุณ (chăn mâi dtâawng gaan kham náe nam jàak khun) "I don't need your advice."
whether the advice is good or bad, like, for me I strongly believe that you should just listen to it first; if it's useful then you make use of it, if it doesn't then just ignore. You don’t have to say “I don't need your advice”, that's not nice.
7. มันยากไป อย่าคิดจะลองเลย (man yâak bpai yàa khít jà laawng looei) "It's too hard. Don't even try."
Even though they say it, just do it, just ignore all the bad comments, you know.
8. เราทำแบบนั้นไม่ได้ (rao tham bàaep nán mâi dâi) "We can't do that."
Don't say this to yourself, if you can’t, you just try to do it. You have to try if you want to do something.
9. แค่ทำตามที่ฉันบอก (khâae tham dtaam thîi chǎn bàawk) "Just do what I say."
People who use this sentence, maybe a bit too bossy, so they just want people to follow what they're doing. Don’t think, just do what I say. But for me I think it is fine, sometimes you just want to do what other people say.
Ok done! Ok guys, we are done for today! Thank you for watching! Today we have done 9 Phrases that Make You Look Like a Fool. I hope you have fun today, if you do please don't forget to subscribe to our channel, and see you next time. Bye-bye!

Louis I have to disagree. Jay's opinions not only help set context but gives us valuable insight into Thai's culture from a native. In a previous video when explaining "Have you gained weight recently? (ช่วงนี้ อ้วนขึ้นหรือเปล่า)", she mentioned that it is common for Thais to ask this with no real malicious intent. If I did not know this I would think its outright rude, as would most foreigners.

Learning a foreign language not only involves learning the vocab and grammar and Jay has done a great job in this.
