Hello, everyone! Welcome back to Thai Top Words. I'm Jay, and today we'll be doing Top 10 Phrases to Know When Having a Baby. Ok, let's get started.
1. ให้ลูกกินนมจากอก (hâi lûuk gin nom jàak òk) "to breastfeed"
แม่ควรให้ลูกกินนมจากอก (mâae khuuan hâi lûuk gin nom jàak òk) "Moms should breastfeed."
2. เปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อม (bplìian phâa âawm mâi bpen) "to change a diaper"
สามีฉันยังเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อมไม่เป็น (săa-mii chăn yang bplìian phâa âawm mâi bpen) "My husband still can't change a diaper."
3. ใส่ผ้ากันเปื้อน (sài phâa gan bpûuean) "to put on a bib"
ใส่ผ้ากันเปื้อนให้ลูกก่อนป้อนอาหาร (sài phâa gan bpûuean hâi lûuk gàawn bpâawn aa-hăan) "Put on a bib before feeding a baby."
4. เปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้า (bplìian sûuea phâa) "to change clothes"
ฉันต้องไปเปลี่ยนเสื้อผ้าให้ลูก (chăn dtâawng bpai bplìian sûuea phâa hâi lûuk) "I'll have to go change clothes for my kid."
5. ร้องเพลงกล่อมเด็ก (ráawng pleeng glàawm dèk) "to sing a lullaby"

6. งีบหลับ (ngîip làp) "to take a nap"

7. อุ้มเด็ก (ûm dèk) "to carry a baby"
เธอรู้วิธีอุ้มเด็กไหม (thooe rúu wí-thii ûm dèk mái) "Do you know how to carry a baby?"
8. ป้อน (bpâawn) "to feed"
ฉันเลิกป้อนอาหารให้ลูกแล้ว (chăn lôoek bpâawn aa-hăan hâi lûuk láaeo) "I stopped feeding my kid."
9. เข็นรถเข็น (khĕn rót-khĕn) "to push a stroller"
แฟนฉันมักช่วยฉันเข็นรถเข็น (faaen chăn mák chûuai chăn khĕn rót-khĕn) "My boyfriend usually helps me push a stroller."
10. อาบน้ำ (àap-náam) "to bathe"
ฉันอาบน้ำให้ลูกแล้ว (chăn àap-náam hâi lûuk láaeo) "I already bathed my kid."
