เธ‹เน‰เธฒเธข (sรกai) Left.
Left, this is my left, so I think itโ€™s your right. If you want to turn left, you say เธ‰เธฑเธ™เธญเธขเธฒเธเน€เธฅเธตเน‰เธขเธงเธ‹เน‰เธฒเธข (chฤƒn yร ak lรญiao sรกai). Or letโ€™s turn left, เน€เธฅเธตเน‰เธขเธงเธ‹เน‰เธฒเธขเธเธฑเธ™เน€เธ–เธญเธฐ (lรญiao sรกai gan thoe).
เธ‚เธงเธฒ (khwฤƒa) Right.

เธ”เธต (dii) Good.
You are a good person. เธ„เธธเธ“เน€เธ›เน‡เธ™เธ„เธ™เธ”เธต (khun bpen khon dii), or this mobile phone is good, เธกเธทเธญเธ–เธทเธญเน€เธ„เธฃเธทเนˆเธญเธ‡เธ™เธตเน‰เธ”เธตเธ™เธฐ (muue-thuฬŒue khruฬ‚ueang niฬi dii nรก).

เนเธขเนˆ(yรขae) Bad.
This water tastes bad, เธ™เน‰เธณเธ‚เธงเธ”เธ™เธตเน‰เธฃเธชเธŠเธฒเธ•เธดเนเธขเนˆ (nรกam khรนuat niฬi rรณt-chรขat yรขae). This is bad.
เธฃเน‰เธญเธ™( raฬawn) Hot
เธฃเน‰เธญเธ™( raฬawn) Can you guess? เธ‰เธฑเธ™เธฃเธนเน‰เธชเธถเธเธฃเน‰เธญเธ™(chฤƒn ruฬu-suฬ€ek raฬawn) I feel hot, not hot like hot but like hot.
เน€เธขเน‡เธ™ (yen) Cold.
เน€เธขเน‡เธ™(yen) means cold, like when you are touching something and itโ€™s cold, you say เน€เธขเน‡เธ™(yen) but when you feel cold like oh my gosh, like itโ€™s snowing and I feel cold, you donโ€™t say like เธ‰เธฑเธ™เธฃเธนเน‰เธชเธถเธเน€เธขเน‡เธ™ (chฤƒn ruฬu-suฬ€ek yen), youโ€™ll say เธ‰เธฑเธ™เธฃเธนเน‰เธชเธถเธเธซเธ™เธฒเธง (chฤƒn ruฬu-suฬ€ek nฤƒao). Like, you know, too cold, you say เธซเธ™เธฒเธง (nฤƒao).
เน€เธขเน‡เธ™ (yen) when you say like oh, todayโ€™s weather is bit like windy, like chill, you can, like, chillax outside like, itโ€™s kind of feeling like good feeling, good weather, you say เน€เธขเน‡เธ™(yen) but if itโ€™s too cold, you say เธซเธ™เธฒเธง(nฤƒao). So donโ€™t use it wrong.

You donโ€™t have to use it to people, to a person, but you can use it with things as well, like if I donโ€™t like this shirt, I will say เน€เธชเธทเน‰เธญเธ•เธฑเธงเธ™เธตเน‰เธ™เนˆเธฒเน€เธเธฅเธตเธขเธ” (suฬ‚uea dtuua niฬi nรขa-glรฌiat), this shirt looks ugly.

So in Thai, I would tell the owner or the chef เธญเธขเนˆเธฒเธ—เธณเนƒเธซเน‰เธกเธฑเธ™เน€เธœเน‡เธ”เธกเธฒเธเน„เธ”เน‰เน„เธซเธกเธ„เธฐ (yร a tham hรขi man phรจt mรขak dรขai mฤƒi khรก) please donโ€™t make it too spicy for me.
For that sentence, if you want to shorten it, you can say เธ‚เธญเน„เธกเนˆเน€เธœเน‡เธ”เธกเธฒเธ(khaฬŒaw mรขi phรจt mรขak) เน„เธกเนˆ (mรขi) means not. So เธ‚เธญเน„เธกเนˆเน€เธœเน‡เธ”เธกเธฒเธ (khaฬŒaw mรขi phรจt mรขak) means like less spicy like less spicy.
