Becky: Listeners, your voice counts. Give us your feedback and get 1 free language learning product as a thank-you gift.
Becky: Welcome to Innovative Language Learning Sunday News! I'm Becky and I'll be your host. My co-host today is the founder of Innovative Language... Peter Galante!
Peter: Hi everyone! Peter here.
Becky: In this Sunday News, we want to hear from you.
Peter: Tell us how you’re using our learning system and how we can improve it...
Becky: ...and in return, you’ll get 1 free language learning product as a thank-you gift!
Peter: Listeners, it’s that time of year again.
Becky: We want to know how you’re studying your language with our system....
Peter: What you like, what you don’t like, what your goals are...
Becky: what new features you want... AND guess what?
Peter: ...We’re giving you 1 free language learning audiobook, Mac App or PC Software to say thank you!
Becky: We’ll tell you how you can take the quick survey and get your gift in a second.
Peter: But first, listen up!
Becky: Last month we reached 300 Million lesson downloads....
Peter: Thank you for downloading and learning with our lessons.
Becky: This a huge milestone for us and we couldn't have done it without you all. Thank you.
Peter: Second, we released a new feature called My Teacher for our Premium PLUS users...
Becky: ...which gives you direct access to your own language teacher...
Peter: ...so you can message them, get personal attention, and get answers for any questions you may have.
Becky: These are just a couple of things that happened last month, listeners.
Peter: That’s right. Now, let’s get to the main topic. Becky, I have a question for you.
Becky: Okay, what is it?
Peter: What do features like the Innovative Language 101 App, Custom Lists, and Progress Tracking Dashboard have in common?
Becky: ...Hmm, they’re all awesome language learning tools?
Peter: Yes, that’s right. But the other answer is - all of these tools didn’t exist...
Becky: ...until they were requested by our users?
Peter: That’s right! For example, last year many users wanted our learning system on an app on their smartphone...
Becky: So they can learn anytime with just their phone!
Peter: Exactly. So we listened and made the Innovative Language 101 App for the Android, iPhone, iPad and Kindle Fire,
Becky: And the Custom Lists App?
Peter: Users told us they want to make their own word lists.
Becky: Wow, really?
Peter: Yep, really. And that’s because language learners come across new words all. the. time.
Becky: ...and they need a place to save, review, and share them with other users!
Peter: You nailed it. So listeners - we do read every single survey answer....
Becky: ...and as you can hear, we put your feedback to use.
Peter: The purpose of the survey is to find out what kind of learner you are, what your goals are...
Becky: ...how you learn with our learning system, its strengths and weaknesses, and what we can do to help you master your language faster.
Peter: And we’ll give you 1 free language learning audiobook, Mac App or PC Software as a thank-you for your responses.
Becky: Listeners, you’ll find the link to the survey in the description of this Sunday News.
Peter: Firstly, click the link. The survey will only take you 5 minutes or so...
Becky: ...and then you can claim your free language learning product at the end of the survey.
Peter: There's a coupon for your free thank-you gift when you finish the survey.
Becky: But, you must hurry.
Peter: The free gift coupon will expire on Wednesday, October 22nd, 2014.

Becky: Well that’s going to do it for this edition of Innovative Language Learning Sunday news!*
Peter: Bye everyone!*
Becky: Thanks for listening, and we’ll see you all next time.*

I have been enjoying the daily Thaipod101 since apx. March 2014, but I have 2 problems with it.

1.-Sometimes it seems that when using a long sentence to demonstrate the word-of-the-day, the speaker suddenly speeds up at about the middle of the sentence & nearly slurs the remainder in speed. Because of this, I listen over & over & over---& much appreciate being able to see the words spelled out in the Thai alphabet (which I know well).

2. The above problem may be partly due to the fact that I have a "profound" hearing loss despite wearing hearing aids. The 2nd problem for me, therefore, is with the "Throwback Thursday" segment's using only audio with no visible Thai alphabet spelling out the words. When you send the occasional special word lists for holiday & other events, I'M very glad that the Thai letters are included to assist my hearing. This is why I can't use any of the audio learning devices you are advertising. But my fascination with & desire to learn more of the language are strong---so much so that I want to buy a larger Thai-English + English-Thai

dictionary. I read in my "compact" dictionary model called "Desktop Edition, thousands more words {etc.} available in late 2009"---published by Benjawan Poomsan Becker & Chris Pirrazi. Amazon.com said it did not have this. If you can let me know how I can get it, I would much appreciate it.
