Thank you for question. "dûuai" is a particle used at the end of a request sentence, compliment, or condolance. Examples:

raaw dûuai :"Wait up!"

chék bin dûuai: "Check, please." — "Bill, please."

kǎaw-duu-dûuai : "May I see, please?"

Thank you very much for your comment. For your question, in this sentence : ขอยูสเซอร์เนมกับพาสเวิร์ดด้วยค่ะครับ

The sentence is correct but you don't need to say ค่ะครับ at the same sentence unless you want to make a joke with a listener. It's sound a little weird to see men say ค่ะครับ. It will be okay with someone stutter when they speak, they might go คะ คะ ครับ. Hope that help.
