Hello Chris,

Thank you very much for your comment. For your comment, there's no relation between glâwng-thàai-rûup and glâwng din saw because you it had the wrong tone on "glâwng din saw" should be "low tone on the word "glàwng". Hope that helps.

Have a nice day.

Hi Joshua,

Thank you very much for your comment. For your question, yes you can remove the word "kuue". So, in the question "what is it?" you can say ether "nii a-rai or nii kuue a-rai". Hope that help.

Have a good day.

Could you remove the word "kuue" and just say "nii a-rai"?

Hi Todd,

Thank you so much for your comment. The definition between คือ and เป็น are really close, please don't worry if you get confuse sometimes.

คือ “to be” mostly for giving the definitions, for example มะม่วงคือผลไม้ชนิดหนึ่ง (Mango is one kind of fruit)
เป็น “to be” mostly for links things that are more descriptive, and always followed by a noun, for example เขาเป็นคนอเมริกัน (He is American), เขาเป็นนักเรียน (He is a student)

คนนั้นคือใคร (who is that person?) the answer will be “เขาคือคนที่ลงทุนโปรเจคนี้” “he is the person who invested with this project”
คนนั้นเป็นใคร (who is that person?) the answer will be “เขาเป็นนักลงทุน” “he is an investor”

However, there is no serious rule about this 2 words, since there are some sentences can use either คือ or เป็น

Hope my answer can help you

Have a nice day!

I'm a little confused on the two being verbs. When to use "koee" as in tthis lesson, and when to use "bpen"
